As an information systems
engineer I'm used to 'systems'. Sitaigung Gee is for me an (better: THE) engineer of hand-to-hand combat, the system is called 'Hung Fa Yi Wing Chun Kuen'. The use of body and limbs in compliance with concepts and rules is the key to HFY. This learning process, where physics and logic rules, is a true enrichment and improvement of my life. The concepts and rules mentioned are also applicable to everyday life situations, home and work . . . stress management, risk management, trouble shooting, keeping focus etc . . .
